14 Foreign Countries Where Most Americans are Murdered

Saturday, June 11, 2011
Since October 2002, the U.S. State Department has kept track of American citizens who die in other countries from non-health-related causes. The State Department notes that their database is unavoidably incomplete, particularly because most U.S. citizens who die abroad are resident in another country and their families might not report the deaths to a U.S. embassy or consulate.

In 2010, there were 14 foreign countries in which three of more U.S. citizens were murdered.

Mexico-108
Philippines-13
Honduras-9
Haiti-8
Dominican Republic-7
El Salvador-7
Colombia-6
Costa Rica-6
Guatemala-5
Jamaica-5
Nigeria-5
Belize-3
India-3
Iraq-3

who is doing the reporting? I think most countries do not like americans. It is unsafe for americans to go to places where they do not understand the language & culture.Even in america being away from your hometown & area you know & understand isnt good.
