Vinia Hall
JPMorgan Chase ordered a 103-year-old woman and her 83-year-old daughter out of their northwest Atlanta home after trouble arose over mortgage payments. But Fulton County sheriff’s deputies and the moving company hired to evict the women refused to go through with the action.

Vinia Hall has shared her home with her daughter, Kathelyn Cornelius, for 53 years. Hall’s grandson, Ali Muhammad, took out a second mortgage from Deutsche Bank in 2002.

JPMorgan Chase, which is servicing the home loan on behalf of Deutsche Bank, announced after the bad publicity that it had reached an agreement with Hall that will allow her to remain in her beloved home.

why does a 103 year old and an 83 year old have a mortgage? oh i see, the grandson took the money out via a 2nd mortgage. did he default on the loan? maybe mom and grandmom should ask junior why the mortgage didn't get paid? did any of the liberal journalists think to ask this question? doubt it, we'll just slam the banks again.
